This website is operated by Maroon Threads ("Maroon Threads," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Online store
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use it. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Products and made-to-order items
Our products are made to order: each item is printed or embroidered after you purchase it. We try to show product colors, graphics, and details as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations in print or embroidery placement are normal for made-to-order apparel.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping Policy covers shipping. Our Refund Policy covers returns, replacements, and refunds. In short: because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for size or change of mind, but we'll replace or refund defective, damaged, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Maroon Threads name, the MT monogram, logos, graphics, designs, and text, belongs to Maroon Threads and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Your use of third-party services (such as payment processing) is also subject to their terms and policies.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maroon Threads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
