Made to order
Every Maroon Threads piece is printed or embroidered on demand after you order. Production (processing) typically takes up to 3 business days before your order ships. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping is paid by the customer and is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate per order. Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate per order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are: Standard, 7–12 business days; Express, 3–5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus delivery time. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and peak seasons.
Multiple items
If your order contains more than one item, items may be produced and shipped separately, so you may receive more than one package.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help where we can. See our Refund Policy for details.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email hello@maroonthreads.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
